Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and personalized within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders of ₪120 or more qualify for free shipping within Israel.
Shipping Within Israel
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after personalization has been completed.
Local pickup is available in Ramat Beit Shemesh, by prior arrangement.
Orders Placed from Abroad
You are welcome to place an order from anywhere in the world.
ByLibby will personalize and create your gift and deliver it within Israel to the address you provide — for example, to a family member or friend living in Israel.
Please note that we do not ship physical packages outside Israel.
