Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times:

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Israel: 2–5 business days
  • United States and Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 6–10 business days
  • Other international locations: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processes, and shipping carrier delays.

International Shipping:

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs, taxes, or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ByLibby is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ByLibby is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

ByLibby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages:
