How long does it take to receive the product?
Orders are processed and personalized within 1–3 business days, followed by 3–5 business days of shipping within Israel. Ordering from abroad? We personalize and deliver to the address you choose in Israel.
How do you preserve the print?
Our print is made of durable vinyl. We recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and dish soap to keep the name looking great for a long time. Dishwashers, prolonged soaking, and abrasive materials shorten the life of the print. Not suitable for microwave use.
Can I return a customized product?
Customized products are not returnable except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Can the order be changed after it has been placed?
